The company performs in-house sub-contract bonding applications with fabrics and leather for footwear, leather goods and clothing.
We bond all kinds of fabric, such as satin, velvet, cotton, wool and faux leathers, as well as prized leathers such python, eel, tejus, ayers and ostrich legs.
We apply various types of reinforcement such as cotton or microfibre canvas in various colours and thicknesses to ensure fitting resistance while retaining the original appearance.
We also perform bonding operations with foam rubber, elastic and bi-elastic interlock, anti-fraying and water-proofing processing.
Reinforcements
Microfibres
The ecological alternative to leather ensuring very similar characteristics, such as breathability, strength and lightness ideal for footwear, faux leather goods and clothing.
Used as reinforcement, these fibres retain their qualities to give the final article substance and stability as well as lightness.
Reinforced Canvas
A broad range of reinforced materials from jersey to cotton drill fabrics, reps and 20/24 with resins, ideal for various lamination applications with leather and other fabrics for footwear, leather goods and clothing.
Non-Woven Tissue
Available in various thicknesses from 0.5 to 2.0 mm, this fabric combines low cost with a broad range of applications as a reinforcement for footwear, leather goods and clothing. Can be supplied with or without thermo-adhesive.
Bonded Leather
Extremely soft reclaimed-bonded leather available in thicknesses from 0.25 to 2.0 mm.
This eco-friendly and non-toxic product is used, among other fields, in sectors such as footwear and leather goods.
